Klaus Wiemer, an alumnus of New Mexico State University and internationally renowned and award-winning researcher in fertility and embryology, will visit the NMSU campus next week and speak to faculty, staff, students and members of the Las Cruces community.
“My time at NMSU proved to be invaluable,” said Wiemer. “It helped me become the person I am today and helped prepare me to face all the challenges we face today both as a professional and a person.”
Wiemer, the lab director/part owner at Poma Fertility as well as owner of KEW Technology, will visit NMSU on Monday, Oct. 23, and meet with professors and students in classrooms and labs and give a public talk titled “Human IVF-Where are we now?” at 2:45 p.m. in the Gerald Thomas Hall Auditorium, Room 194.
