REI PHYSICIAN - KIRKLAND

This is a full time, on-site role for a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician at our Kirkland location. The REI Physician will be responsible for patient consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and performing various medical procedures for fertility patients, among other duties. The REI Physician will also work closely with other professionals and team members to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- Experience in fertility treatment and care
- Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Valid licensure to practice medicine in Washington State

PATIENT SERVICES REP/MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - KIRKLAND

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients during their fertility journey.  Greeting patients and visitors, nurturing new prospective patients, collecting necessary information, answering the phone, and providing a high level of customer service at all times is essential in this role.

This is a full-time, 40 hours/week opportunity; Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:30pm. No holidays or weekends required.

General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect information and records required from new patients in advance of initial consult and on-going, including demographics, insurance card and driver’s license copies, consents, medical history, etc.
- Confirm appointments in advance
- Greet clinic patients and visitors upon arrival, check-in and ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Properly enter all information into EMR andother sources
- Upload scans received on a daily basis into EMR
- Arrange for patient interpreter services, when required
- Review and reply to inbound leads and follow up within expected timeframe, be the prospective new patient point of contact
- Handle incoming calls and re-direct to appropriate contact/department
- Collect any co-payments due at time of service
- Contribute to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship with all other departments at POMA
- Effectively communicate with other clinic staff at all locations
- Communicate with external vendors, as necessary
- Assist with ordering of office and clinical supplies
- Open/close clinic on a daily basis, keep clinic areas tidy
- Other duties or special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferred
- Experience with a medical EMR, preferred
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- Detail-oriented; must be organized with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who can handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency with computers, including knowledge of Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) software.
