At POMA Fertility, we offer several options to fit your journey.
We always aim to be transparent with our pricing. We understand that each patient's treatment plan and financial situation is unique.
Please note that our cycle fees never include diagnostic testing, external testing/lab fees, or medications, in addition to some other services, as these costs vary for each patient. Our finance team is happy to walk through in detail what potential expenses could apply for your treatment as part of your initial consultation.

Your journey with us will begin by scheduling a 45-minute in-person or virtual consultation with one of our experienced providers to discuss any relevant medical history, prior fertility treatment(s), and to begin making a plan for moving forward in the process.
Also included as part of the new patient consultation, or at any time during your treatment, you will have the opportunity to discuss financial questions with a member of our finance team.
Getting Pregnant
IUI ($950)
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) involves placing sperm directly inside the uterus to facilitate fertilization. Pricing includes the procedure itself, all cycle related monitoring ultrasounds and sperm prep.
IVF ($15,200 or $14,800 with eCheck discount)
IVF is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized and a fresh embryo(s) is transferred. Any remaining embryos are then frozen for future use. One year of embryo storage included in this treatment package. Pricing also includes all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring. Frozen Embryo Transfer cycles are not included in this cycle package.
IVF Freeze All ($13,300 or $13,000 with eCheck discount)
IVF Freeze All is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized, and then frozen for future use. One year of embryo storage is included in this treatment package along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
IVF Freeze All + Biopsy for Genetic Testing
($15,550 or $15,200 with eCheck discount)
IVF Freeze All with genetic testing is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized, and then viable embryos are biopsied to be genetically tested at an outside lab. This cycle package does not include the cost of genetic testing as this can vary by lab and type of genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-SR and/or PGT-M). One year of embryo storage is included in this treatment package along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
2 Cycle IVF Program ($26,500 or $25,800 with eCheck discount)
To help make treatment more affordable, our 2 Cycle IVF Program includes up to two egg retrievals and unlimited transfers of viable fresh or frozen embryos created within this program. Patients can complete their treatment in any order they choose. The program is considered complete once you take home a baby or have exhausted all available services under the program. All services must be completed within 36 months of enrollment. This program does not have a refund component. FET ($4,200 or $4,100 with eCheck discount)
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) is a cycle where a previously frozen embryo(s) is thawed and then transferred into the uterus. Pricing includes all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Getting Pregnant Using
Donor Eggs
Frozen Egg Bank ($22,500 or $21,800 with eCheck discount)
Frozen Egg Bank is a cycle where a cohort of 6 donor eggs that are already frozen in our POMA Egg Bank are thawed and fertilized. This package includes one embryo transfer and the cryopreservation of any remaining embryos. Also included in this package is one year of embryo storage along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Fresh Egg Bank ($25,500 or $24,850 with eCheck discount)
Fresh Egg Bank is a cycle where the recipient chooses a donor from the POMA Egg Bank and 6 donor eggs are fertilized directly after they have been retrieved. This package includes one embryo transfer and the cryopreservation of any remaining embryos. Also included in this package is one year of embryo storage along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Fertility Preservation
Egg Freezing ($8,310 or $8,100 with eCheck discount)
Egg Freezing is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated to grow mature eggs that are then retrieved and frozen for future use. One year of egg storage is included in this treatment package along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Embryo Freezing ($13,300 or $13,000 with eCheck discount)
Embryo Freezing is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized, and then frozen for future use. One year of embryo storage is included in this treatment package along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Embryo Freezing + Biopsy for Genetic Testing
($15,550 or $15,200 with eCheck discount)
Embryo Freezing + Preimplantation Genetic Testing is a cycle where your ovaries are stimulated, eggs are retrieved, fertilized, and then viable embryos are biopsied to be genetically tested at an outside lab. This cycle package does not include the cost of genetic testing as this can vary by lab and type of genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-SR and/or PGT-M). One year of embryo storage is included in this treatment package along with all ultrasounds and bloodwork associated with cycle monitoring.
Other
Storage ($600 per year per frozen tissue type, billed in advance)
Storage of eggs, embryos or sperm in liquid nitrogen tanks on-site.
Please note, cycle prices do not include:
- Any diagnostic tests/services (ex: Initial Baseline Appointment and hormone testing, SHG/Trial Transfer, HSG, Semen Analysis, Infectious Disease Screening, O/B Appointments, HCG pregnancy test, etc.), fees to outside labs for genetic testing or other services, and consultations done outside of your treatment cycle window (Initial Consultation and Follow-up Consultation(s)).
- Cost of medication (which you will purchase directly from an external pharmacy)
Our finance team will provide detailed fee sheets and explanations as to what is included as part of the process so that you can plan appropriately and focus on your treatment plan! Please also call your insurance or benefits provider for information on your specific fertility benefits and plan details.
POMACare IVF Refund Program
To help reduce the financial risk associated with fertility treatments and to maximize your chance of success, we’ve created a refund program for eligible patients. POMACare is different from most other IVF refund programs as we only require you purchase a single initial cycle.
