POMACare IVF Refund Program

To help reduce the financial risk associated with fertility treatments and to maximize your chance of success, we’ve created a refund program for eligible patients. POMACare is different from most other IVF refund programs as we only require you purchase a single initial cycle.

Military Discount

POMA Fertility’s Military Discount Program offers active or retired U.S. military and reservists a 20% discount off of qualifying self-pay treatment cycle package fees. To receive the military discount, please present your U.S. military identification card or proof of eligibility at the time of initial consultation. Some exclusions apply. Oncofertility Discount
