This is a full time, on-site role for a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician at our Kirkland location. The REI Physician will be responsible for patient consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and performing various medical procedures for fertility patients, among other duties. The REI Physician will also work closely with other professionals and team members to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- Experience in fertility treatment and care
- Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Valid licensure to practice medicine in Washington State

Front Desk - Bellingham
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients during their fertility journey. Greeting patients and visitors in person and over the phone, nurturing new and existing patients, collecting necessary information, multi-tasking, working cohesively with other team members, and providing a high level of customer service at all times is essential in this role.
This is a full-time, 40 hours/week opportunity; Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. No nights/holidays/weekends required.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Front office administrative duties include tasks such as greeting patients and visitors at reception, answering electronic communications and phones, scheduling & confirming appointments, managing referrals, collecting payments as well as patient information including demographics, insurance information, identification, medical records, consents, etc.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards, company policies and procedures at all times
- Accurately enter and review patient data into EMR and other software platforms
- Process faxes in our electronic eFax system
- Process medical records requests incoming and outgoing
- Arrange for patient interpreter services, when required
- Review and reply to prospective patient inquiries and follow up within expected timeframe, be the prospective new patient point of contact
- Respond to patient messages and calls in a calm and helpful manner; re-direct to appropriate contact/department, as necessary
- Collect any payments due at time of service or outstanding balances, as applicable
- Contribute to team effort by maintaining an excellent rapport and working relationship with all other departments at POMA
- Effectively communicate with other clinic staff at all locations. This is a satellite location with the main clinic and surgery center being located in Kirkland, WA.
- Communicate and coordinate schedules with external vendors, as necessary
- Assist with ordering of office and clinical supplies
- Open/close clinic on a daily basis, keep clinic areas tidy with cleaning as necessary
- Other duties or special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High school diplomaor GED
- Experience in similar role or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Detail-oriented; must be organized
- Quick learner, must be willing to adapt to changing needs and clinic processes
- High proficiency with technology and software use (specific training will be provided)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Reliability and adherence to the clinic schedule is a must; it is consistent and no nights/holidays/weekends required.
