Amanda McCarthy, MBA

As CEO of POMA Fertility, Amanda is responsible for ensuring the practice remains true to its mission –to help as many families as possible achieve their family-building goals and to have a beautiful journey along the way.



Prior to POMA, Amanda held roles in a variety of functions and industries before deciding to pursue an MBA abroad at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Having graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and then attending IESE, both geared toward entrepreneurship, she was well prepared to embark on this path. After her own prior infertility experiences and journey to finding POMA, Amanda is proud to lead a stellar team and feels fortunate to be given the opportunity to help others in this way.



Outside of work, she most enjoys being a wife and a mother to her 2 year old son and a yorkie. She loves to cook, gardening, DIY, and travel. Amanda holds a Bilingual MBA from IESE Business School as well as a BSA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College.
