Dr. Audrey Messelt, MD

Dr. Messelt is excited to join POMA Fertility and bring her deep passion for patient-centered fertility care to the clinic. She is known for her compassionate, thoughtful approach and values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to provide clear, personalized guidance so individuals and families feel empowered to make informed decisions that are right for them.

Dr. Messelt earned her medical degree and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Minnesota, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Her research has explored topics such as the impact of microplastics on fertility and fertility preservation in cancer survivors, and has been presented at national conferences.

Outside of work, Dr. Messelt enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors—whether hiking, exploring local parks, or simply enjoying some fresh air.
